Gift Program
Program Description:
The Employee Matching Gift Program supports the interests and contributions of our employees. The CDM Investment Group Charitable Foundation will match donations to any 501(c)(3) up to $500 per employee made during each calendar year to eligible organizations with a minimum contribution of $50.
CDM appreciates the passion that our people bring to work each day. Aligned with our Purpose, Passion and Values, CDM provides a way to support what you are passionate about outside of work.

Foundation College Scholarship Fund
Application Deadline: April 15, 2026
Scholarship provides $2,500 each year for two years with qualifying grades.

Boots on the Ground
The CDM Charitable Foundation's new volunteer hours matching program.
Employees can double the impact of their volunteer efforts through the CDM Charitable Foundation’s Boots on the Ground program. Submit up to 40 volunteer hours, matched at $25 per hour, for up to $1,000 in charitable support. Volunteer hours must be completed with an eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
